What our classes offer

Our regular weekly schedule includes classes which contain elements and techniques from a diverse range of lineages and methodologies. Students are exposed to traditional teachings methodologies and practices for the body, mind, and spirit making each class a unique holistic experience. We also offer workshops and experiences in kirtan, japa, meditation, pranayama, nidra, asana, and many other areas of focused study.

$5 Community Classes: Yoga- Saturdays 11:45am-12:45pm

Free Community Classes w/ Evolutions Teacher Trainees (11:45am): January 28th (Karyn), February 4th (Tammy)

Try: Ashtanga Primary, Intermediate Heated, Core Builder

Goal: Weight Loss, Toning, Strengthening
Try: Intermediate Heated, Ashtanga Primary, Core Builder

Goal: Flexibility, Cross Training, Stamina
Try: Intermediate Heated, Ashtanga Primary, Yin Yoga

Goal: Stress Reduction, Anxiety
*Dynamic Level- Gentle Approach
