@Modules and Tuition Preparation
In an effort to provide quality education and a focused study of individual topics our @Y200 program takes a modular approach to learning. During the course of your studies with us you will be introduced to a variety of new concepts, methods, and hands-on learning each of which requires an integration period to fully absorb the materials and see how they apply to teaching and to your own life flow before moving on to new concepts. With many teacher training programs, many of the concepts that are learned are quickly forgotten by students as they try to absorb the newest material that is presented to them due to the lack of an integration period. The @Y200 Module format for learning takes integration seriously so each section is taken at your own pace.
From the time of receiving your acceptance letter you have 2 years to complete the entire course requirements, and could be completed by the most diligent of students in 9-10 months of intensive study. Although our program is called @Y200, the overall study time and contact time will exceed all the requirements of other programs and registration standards topping out between 300-350 hours of training time. Overall our goal is to train teachers who are able to raise the bar in quality, methodology, and technique in their classrooms while understanding and preserving the vidya of the Masters who came before us.

8 Steps to @Y200 Certiļ¬cation
- Submit the Application and $108 Application Fee
- 2 years to complete the program, unless written application for extension
- Upon Acceptance Submit Course Deposit: $500 (non-refundable)
- Purchase @YTT Class Passport: $300 (non-refundable after first class)
- Purchase @YTT Boarding Pass: $300 (non-refundable after first elective taken)
- Complete Required @Modules (best if completed in order)
- Foundations of Teaching: $500
- Beyond Basics: Teaching Flow, Energetics, Pranayama: $500
- Vinyasa Krama: $500
- The Art of Adjusting: $750
- Complete a minimum of 60 hours of @Electives (electives will be added): @YTT Boarding Pass pays for 60 hours of Elective Study
- Yoga: History & Philosophy
- Yoga: Chakras, Prana, and Working with Energy
- Yoga: Breath, Bandhas, and Meditation I
- Beyond Basics: Breath, Bandhas, and Meditation II (pre-requisite, I)
- Understanding the Science of White Tantra
- Beginning Yoga Series
- Back Pain Series
- Lengthening Your Hamstrings
- The Art of Forward Folding
- 6wk Asana Study: Transform Your Practice
- Complete a minimum of 60 hours of asana study with Jenni or approved Instructor(s): @YTT Passport pays for 60 classes
- Complete 6 Sacred Readings (3 required, 3 elective): Required readings included in Course Deposit
- Complete Self-Study Modules and Quizzes
- Complete Teaching Practicum Requirements
- Complete Final Written Exam (2 weeks to complete exam once administered): $108 fee for Exam Administration, Materials Review, and Certificate Release
